Shipping address issue

I want to update my shipping address, paypal keep adding an old shipping address in my purchase. so how can i update it ?

NOTE : I deleted the old shipping address but it still appears on my purchase bill as shipping and billing address.

Welcome! I'm sorry to hear you're running into some issues removing old shipping addresses. It sounds like you've already gone through your account to try to remove any outdated info.
