problem to approve my address

Hi all Hope you are fine and doing well I'm providing rental appartment contract to approve my address but it rejected. Oman country is not that updated. And they said we can provide you this contract in EN to prove your address. This doc is not utility bill or bank statment( which even wheb i ask bank to provide me statment for prove my address they domt know what should they provide) . I wonder if some one can help me for this issue.
