Hello Dear, PayPal Members; Im from Afghanistan and currently living in China; due to Afghanistan not supporting PayPal, is it possible to use a PayPal account via my Chinese bank account? I appreciate any help you can provide.

PayPal accounts are country specific, and you must create a PayPal account in the country you reside in. As you are currently living in China, you can create a Chinese PayPal account, and add your Chinese bank account to the account.
Hi, and thank you for your reply; I did, but when it’s come to verification, they asked for Identity and proof of address and I already provided theses but still they Close my account!
