Only USA mobile number and address

Why is the mobile number and address limited to USA??? I'm in Sweden!!!!

Then why have you opened a U.S paypal account instead of a Swedish one???

It was open LONG time ago and there was NO question about what country you where from!

Now I just want to change it to Sweden. Is that possible???

I joined 19 years ago and still had to click on the default country of U.S and scroll down to my country to open my account.

You have ALWAYS had to select your own country as paypal is country specific and always has been.

Its against paypal rules to use another countries paypal account.

You would need to close that paypal account if its not already limited and open one in your own country.
