Not receiving the message of authentication, due that I moved of country, what can I do?

Hello.
I have a telephone number of China's prexif, but recently I moved to Venezuela.
The two authentication factors (which is the main problem) of my Paypal's account is associated with the chinese number, which I can not receive any message or calling.
I want to activate the roaming of this number, unfortunately the roaming for Venezuela is not available (only specific countries like USA, Thailand, Korea, etc)
I want to unlink the old number telephone and adding the number telephone of Venezuela, what should I do?
Any suggestions? Thanks to the community.
