I can't log in so I processed a password reset but I can't receive my OTP. I have tried it multiple times and its still not working and I don't even have the option of password reset now. I am referring to my friends account, we tried to call but it was just routing us to US and no help was given.

I'm also experiencing this problem. Even though I already performed a reset on the password and entered the new password, it won't let me access my account.

I'm sorry to hear you aren't receiving the verification code from us. If you have the option to 'Try another way' on the verification screen, you may be able to bypass requesting a text message. Otherwise, I have a few troubleshooting tips. I recommend clearing your messaging inbox. If you have too many messages, you may not be able to receive the text. Next, try restarting the phone to ensure it has a solid connection to the network. Check any third-party applications to see if they're blocking A2P traffic. Last, try switching the SIM card with another device that successfully receives the code. If the issue persists, we recommend contacting your service provider for further assistance.
