Hi there... I switched phones recently and I am trying to log on to my account, but my authenticator code section for Paypal disappeared. What do I do?? How can I get the QR code again so I can add it to my authenticator?
I'm sorry to hear you're running into issues logging into your account. I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support teams by clicking "Contact" at the bottom of any PayPal page. They should be able to assist with getting your authenticator updated.
