Is there a way to get around ADD PHONE NUMBER?

Log in with my account info and password, goes straight to ADD PHONE NUMBER screen, well i don't have a phone number to add and there's no way around the screen, try to get support but..... you have to log in, and when you log in  it takes me to the ADD PHONE NUMBER screen so i can't log in to get support.

Log out of all accounts.

Visit https://www.paypal.com/us/smarthelp/contact-us      

Click “Call Us” option on the bottom.   
Click “call us as guest” link.

Call the phone number listed observing business hours.
