I am a US citizen living in Thailand. I have a PayPal Business account connected to my Thai bank account. I do not have a US bank account. I recently received an email saying my PayPal account MAY be transferred to PayPal Thailand and that I will have to enroll in NDID, which requires (apparently) a Thai National ID. So what's going on? Does this transfer apply to my Business account or only Personal accounts? Will I have to enroll in NDID or is that only for Personal accounts? Finally, how am I supposed to enroll in NDID without a Thai National ID...as I am not Thai?
