How to resolve ''You can no longer use Paypal'' situation

I have just received a notification from Paypal when I logged into my account that my account has been ''Permanently Limited".

There is no proper reason given in the notification about what this about. It just said that I can no longer use my Paypal account and that I will have to wait for 180 days before I can transfer the money in my Paypal account to my bank account.

Paypal sent me no warning by email that they were going to do this!

Paypal did not send me any notification in advance when I have logged into my Paypal account over the past weeks or months.

***We have had ZERO disputes with any customers since we set up the account***

I can only think that this is with regards to Thailand government VAT policy with Paypal.

During 2022 Paypal were sending me regular Emails with ''Value Added Tax Statements'' for payments which had been received through Paypal to my business account which I was downloading, printing off and paying to my accounting department. ***These ''Value Added Tax Statements'' emails from Paypal then stopped being sent as of the 1st January 2023 (the last ''Value Added Tax Statement'' was sent to my email address on the 31st December 2022. AFTER THIS I HAVE NOT BEEN SENT ANY ''VALUE ADDED TAX STATEMENTS'' FROM PAYPAL FOR JANUARY THROUGH TO THE END OF JUNE''.

I have therefore not received by email from Paypal or downloaded and paid any tax invoices from Paypal for exactly 6 months (1st Januar[Removed. Phone #s not permitted].

I am unsure how to resolve this situation and would appreciate any advice.

Many thanks
