How do you transfer a business Paypal account to another business in an asset sale? From India to the United States.

You can't transfer a Paypal account from one country to another as paypal is 'country specific'.
Can I created a new Paypal account for the US and transfer the active subscriptions to it? Current subscribers are paying using Paypal Automatic payments from their account.
