How to change the Customer service email

does anyone know how to change the email address that people see when receiving a payment confirmation.

I am using paypal account for association (membership payments), but when someone makes a payment he/she receives a confirmation mentioning some email address that i do not know (maybe a person that created this paypal account years ago).

Yes, look in the account settings:

Here's how:

1. Click the Account Settings icon next to "Log out."
2. Click About the business under "Profile" on the left of the page.
3. Click Update next to "Business information."
4. Edit the section you want to update, and click Save.
