How do I remove a shipping address?

How can I remove a shipping address?  Chrome on  MacOS 10.11, someone asked for a payment, and it defaults to a no-longer-existing address.

Help page says "goto paypal:settings and click on" 'Manage all addresses', but that doesn't exist on the setting page I'm looking at.

Go to your Settings page.

Click “See all addresses (#)” link then in the addresses section.

I had already tried that. Neither the name nor the the address exist in the list of all addresses.

I'm sorry you're having trouble removing an address. It sounds like the address may be saved as a gift address. If the address isn't showing in your Settings, you will want to Customer Support for assistance.
