How can I recover my paypal business account? 2FA card issues

I have two paypal accounts, one personal and one for business, setup for both 2FA with Google Authenticator. 
I can access personal profile but cannot access business profile ( 2FA raise an error and I didn't associate yet any card or bank account with it ) So I am not able to access my business account, not at alll. Can you please help me with this @Paypal
