Hello, there is an issue which I can't find in any topic here. I opened my account, years ago, when I lived in Romania. I am settled in the UK. How I update my country/nationality? thank you

You must close the Romania account and open a UK PayPal account.

 

Be sure to:

1. Resolve any open disputes or account limitations.

2. Zero out the PayPal balance.

3. Remove financial info (bank accounts, cards).
