FORGOT MY PASSWORD BUTTON NOT WORKING

Hey, this is not my main PayPal account. My main one is ___________________ and I can not seem to reset my password for it. It keeps on saying "something went wrong". I've tried to use another browser. I've reset my cache. Nothing makes it work.

I see you're facing issues resetting your password and are unable to login to your account. In this case, you can contact us over the phone and PayPal should be able to help you regain the access to your account by verifying your details. Here's how: Select Contact Us option from PayPal website<Password and account access<Login problems<Call Us Icon you should be able to find the number for your region there. I hope it helps.
