adding user to business account who have a personal PP

I opened an account for our women's fellowship group at Church.  I have tried to add just "users" and all have a pre-existing PP personal account. Is this blocking using them as just users?

Hi @ucccharjudi,

Thank you for your post and your concern for your the users you would be adding to your account. If they are added as users on your account, that should not prevent them from having their own Personal PayPal accounts.
