Hello. I've tried to contact paypal through phone but they always hang up so i try to contact them via email but the automated bot always shows up. When he asks me if he could have helped me i choose "no, i need more help" and then it automatically closes the conversation and won't let me contact customer support in any way possible. What do i have to do now? Thanks

good questions. Calling them seems to be the only way but for a long time, there was no number to call in my timezone. and the Paypal assistant Bot(NOT AI) just keeps on asking you to repeat the question as they don't understand.. So good luck.

Contact options for each countries Paypal customer services are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages.
1. Paypal phones when available (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.
Or
4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their Facebook or Twitter pages.
It's: https://www.facebook.com/PayPal and @AskPayPal for Twitter.
Advice is voluntary.

I need to get in contact with PayPal to ask them a question, but all the times that I can do it or remember to do it, the PayPal auto-message system says that there aren't any agents online and to come back when they are online. Why is there no email that we can contact them by outside of their hours, and then they can respond when they get on? It is VERY inconvenient to only have an auto-message system that is not very good at finding what you want, and then the only option is to wait until agents are online to help with problems. There really needs to be a way for customers to contact customer support outside of hours, or at least leave a message for them. So what is the reason why we can't do that?

For security reasons. Log in and create a new message in the message center and they’ll get back to you. I thought that’s what the message center does is like sending an email the times I’ve used it.
Or message PayPal at Facebook/Twitter:

Twitter: @AskPayPal
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
