good questions. Calling them seems to be the only way but for a long time, there was no number to call in my timezone. and the Paypal assistant Bot(NOT AI) just keeps on asking you to repeat the question as they don't understand.. So good luck.  ... View more

I will have to call again tomorrow.  I just sit in a queue for hours.   I have tried the messages centre and once I got past the Paypal Assistant and the agent said my account is fine. They then escalated my case to your technical department and the tech support also said my account is fine but I need too send a screenshot which I did. I never got a response.    Yesterday I get an email saying my account is now limited. "Your PayPal account has been limited" If I click on the link it says "Thank you for providing the required information."  I am unable to use my account now. Clicking on the support message centre I just get stuck in a loop again. The Paypal assistant just ask me over and over to repeat my question.    I will all again tomorrow.    Im not able to contact your support as the Paypal Assistant just ask me over and over to repeat the question. I have a big read flag on my dashbaord that say "You have an account alert" If I click on the link it takes me to an page that say "Thank you for providing all the required information. You’re all set, and your account is back to normal."   it has been like this for over a year now. If not more. the red flag is there but my account works and there is no outstanding information.  How to I get the red flag to go away?  ... View more

I have the same problem. red banner but when i click it to tells me "Thank you for providing all the required information. You’re all set, and your account is back to normal"   Its not possible to contact paypal support. they have disabled all comumcautons and you are not worth there time.  ... The customer just got this message. Im in South Africa and the customer is Australian. This is a verified and active business account. I need to send to a South African address as they customer is now in South Africa but he is paying from his AUD account.  ... View more
