I have this account alert: "You have changed some of your business information. You're required to provide documents supporting the change." I clicked on the link and it lead me to a page where I could provide more infos/photos/identity proofs. Once I did that, I got a green tick and a message "Thanks, we'll get back to you in a few business days".

 

It has been several months and the message is still there. I've sent an email/message but PayPal does not respond. There is no way to call and both their Facebook and Twitter page are just redirecting to the homepage, which does not respond.

I have the same problem. red banner but when i click it to tells me "Thank you for providing all the required information. You’re all set, and your account is back to normal"

 

Its not possible to contact paypal support. they have disabled all comumcautons and you are not worth there time.
