Change shipping address

I moved and changed my address in PayPal about a month ago.  I recently made a purchase directly on the merchant's site (I do not have an account with the merchant) and received an email stating it is being sent to the old address.  How do I fix the shipping address in PayPal?

If you’ve already sent your payment, contact the merchant to request a refund. Once the payment is refunded, you can resubmit the payment with the correct shipping address.

If you haven’t sent your payment yet, you can change the shipping address within the same country when you send money for a purchase.
Here’s how: When you are reviewing the payment details, click the dropdown under “Your Shipping Address”, click to +Add a new shipping address and save. Review the details of your payment to make sure that all information is correct, and then click Send Payment Now. I hope this information helps.
