Unable to change business type on limited account

Hi, my account is a business account and has limitations on it, I am unable to change my business type from partenership to sole trader or individual. I have tried this on multiple devices and I have followed directions from PayPal. The option on 'business type' to change it is simply not there.

I understand you would like to downgrade your account. Please keep in mind that you need to contact our Customer Care in order to get your account downgraded. The agents will review your account and they will change the business type for you if it's possible. If you click here, you will find the contact page.
