I don't have last name, but want to upgrade to business account

I don't have last name, but I want to upgrade to business account. But while doing this it doesn't allow me to upgrade without legal last name. plz help what to do??

Can you repeat your name, ie same name twice, would that work?

Only normally for paypal you have to have 2 names.
