I haven't used my paypal in a long time. I reset all passwords. Now I'm in the window and it says sorry, we can't say it's you. I have two PayPal accounts registered to the same phone number

I have contacted support, got the instructions to write a letter authorizing PayPal to transfer funds from locked account to the second one that works.

Now waiting for problem to get solved.
