Normally, your best option would be to reach out to our Customer Support teams for assistance. As a quick reminder, you're normally only allowed one personal and one business account with PayPal.

The other account is my "streaming account" so I can hide my identity. I want to call them but I don't want to pay the fee for the phone call.
