Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum. I'm sorry to hear you've run into some issues confirming your identity. Normally, your best option would be to reach out to our Customer Support teams for assistance. As a quick reminder, you're normally only allowed one personal and one business account with PayPal.

The other account is my "streaming account" so I can hide my identity. I want to call them but I don't want to pay the fee for the phone call.
