Can't sign into PayPal mobile app

I made my PayPal account like 5 days ago, and it keeps telling me they need more information from me in order to use the mobile app.

I already verified my bank account, phone number, email address, and card on the website.

So I don't know why I can't sign in, is there a wait time for new accounts? Or am I missing something?

I'd first recommend reviewing the troubleshooting steps on your end by changing your browser or clearing your cache and cookies. It would be great if you used a laptop or a desktop to perform this action after 24–48 hours.

Welcome to the PayPal Community Forum. I understand it can be a bit frustrating running into road-blocks while trying to login through the mobile app. There's normally not any kind of wait time or restriction for new accounts, so it sounds like there may be some kind security check that may need to be completed. If deleting and reinstalling the app hasn't worked, that security check may be the issue. If so, you may want to reach out to our Customer Support teams for assistance.
