Verifying a business bank account

When you verify your bank account you just fill in the d.d form online, but when its a business account you have to post it. I did this about 3-4 weeks ago now and still no deposit. This means I can't add anymore items onto ebay and therefore paypal is costing me business. Please how much longer will it take. Also as Im a sole trader business, should I have just filled it in online anyway? How long do I wait and what do I do next? Please thankyou 🙂

If you have posted your forms about three weeks ago I would suggest that you contact PayPal to see if your post has been received. You can contact them via email or by post by clicking on the contact us link on your PayPal account.

When you start the bank confirmation process with a Business PayPal account (and it must be a business account) then you are given the option when you are starting the confirmation process. If you have recently upgraded your account to a business account then please remove the bank and add it back on and try again.

Hi, I know this is an old post, but i'm kinda desperate for answers.  There is literally  "no" customer service at paypal at all, the worst company I've ever dealt with.  I'm waiting on my business account and it's been 1 month now.  How long did it take in the end for you to get set up??
