Help me please, up until last week I have never had any problems printing postage labels. I can purchase the label but as soon as it gets to printing it with the "print label" and "print sample label" screen- it fails.
I press "print label" then the white pop up box (saying yes it did print - cancel if it didn't) appears before the computers print box - therefore making it impossible to print the label. My pop-up blocker is switched off and nothing has changed on my pc and I am becoming 100% frustrated and I keep having to cancel the label and go to the post office and re buy the postage!!
