can't pay on ebay

when trying to pay on ebay I always get msg:
Please check out again and try a different credit card or bank account for your PayPal payment.

Also I have a verified paypal account, added my ebay user to ebay account, added a new credit card and tried to pay with it, but always get same msg...

i cant pay for a ebay items yet i have been buying on ebay with the same account etc and it worked ok only noticed today i have a verified address and card  it comes up with when i confirm payment to go out of checkout and re enter another card whats going on

Hi there greenfinger, 

This message normally means your card is being declined by your card issuer.

Check the card details to ensure they are all up to date & if so then you will need to contact your bank to see why your payments are being declined.
