My account has been limited. I have been trying to resolve it for the last 2 months but I can't because obviously there is a problem at paypal. I send the picture of it. I tried with .jpg and all other formats, I tried with every browser... The problem is not with on mine side. I need help ASAP, thank you!

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
