If you are being requested to provide information on your Resolution Centre then this would need to be provided before you can continue with your transactions. Cases showing on your Resolution Centre would relate to dispute cases so if you do not have any transaction disputes then it showing as 0 would be correct. When you go to your Resolution Centre, scroll done a little and you should see a "request for information" there. Here you will see a list of steps to complete. Once completed your account will be reviewed for you.
