I have tried to verify my account and paypal say that my card/bank account is assigned to another account which I have never authorised, How do I resolve this please. Many thanks

I can only imagine the inconvenience that this must be causing you as you can't register your own bank account to your PayPal account.
If you have contacted us to advise us of the problem, we will investigate it on your behalf and try to have your bank account removed from the other PayPal account for you. If there is anyone else in your household that may have had access to your bank account information, you should also check with them to see if they may have registered your bank account on a PayPal account.
In the mean time, there is nothing more that you can do apart from wait until your bank account has been removed from the other account so that you can register it on your current PayPal account.

You would ask them to remove the account from any other accounts and allow you to put on your existing account.
Is it possible you opened a PP account some time ago and have forgotten about it?

No I havnt opened any other paypal accounts so this is my only one. I have made a call to paypal and they say that a womans name was ysed to register my bank details. As a result of this my account has been temporarily suspended while a fraud investigation takes place. Im absolutely livid but that people for you these days. many thanks, Kenny

I have been trying to use my paypal account for a few years now, numerous emails with no response means I have a paypal account that I am unable to use. My problem is the verification of the account. I have no idea what the two deposited amounts were as I did them about 9 years ago, even my bank can't help me.
What do I need to do to enable me to use paypal??

i have put 20 then 10 as asked from my bank acount but you told me that it is not right and after one more try you wont let me try again i dont know what i am doing wrong

Sign in to PayPal. Go to Customer Services click contact. You will see phone Number. Phone it and Good luck.

hi ive checked my account albiet later than anticipated, and entered the 2 deposits as shown on my account, three times now youv'e suspended my account.
