My debit card is saying needs approval

 This card has been registered and used for ages, now all of a sudden it not an option for use on Ebay. How do I give approval??

If you need to complete the verification process on your card linked to PayPal, this can be done by going to the 'Wallet' page on PayPal. From here, you will see a 'Confirm' option beside your card information and then you can complete the verification process.
