No response to emails

I dont suppose anyone has a direct email for PayPal? Customer service, complaints, anything at all where someone might actually reply?

 

I have used the contact links within PP to send 3 emails and 2 complaints over the last week and not had a single response.

 

My account is limited and asking for proof of delivery on items. I would love to provide the information requested but when i try to add this information the table to include details is empty and cant be amended in any way. PP are kind enough to inform me that i must provide this information before the review on my account can be completed. Bloody frustrating but i just cant believe im getting ignored. I tried calling but was on hold for 20 minutes...dont have time for that and dont see why i should waste time on what appears to be a technical error.

 

Sorry dont mean to rant but feeling pretty helpless and hopeless here...if anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated!

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent OR just say the word 'Agent'".

In the UK its free from any landline phone. You may have to hold for a few hours though.
