I dont suppose anyone has a direct email for PayPal? Customer service, complaints, anything at all where someone might actually reply? I have used the contact links within PP to send 3 emails and 2 complaints over the last week and not had a single response. My account is limited and asking for proof of delivery on items. I would love to provide the information requested but when i try to add this information the table to include details is empty and cant be amended in any way. PP are kind enough to inform me that i must provide this information before the review on my account can be completed. Bloody frustrating but i just cant believe im getting ignored. I tried calling but was on hold for 20 minutes...dont have time for that and dont see why i should waste time on what appears to be a technical error. Sorry dont mean to rant but feeling pretty helpless and hopeless here...if anyone has any advice it would be greatly appreciated!
