In the past I have allowed my son to make purchases from the games company Steam. This resulted in a pre-approved payment being set up that I don't think I authorized. I have deleted it, but nevertheless my son continues to be able to make Steam purchases without my knowledge or approval, and each time a fresh pre-approved payment is automatically set up. No matter how many of these I delete, a new one keeps getting created.
Is there any blocking all future pre-approved payments?
