Compliance verifications never reply, also my account has been frozen. Nobody to contact.

Compliance verifications never reply, also my account has been frozen for almost a month and even when i provide my information they send me the same email again. (email deleted due to content and advisor name).

Can anybody please help me, I am really desperate.
