Having made numerous calls and emails of an increasingly exhasperated tone to PayPal I got an email today with the INCREDIBLE message thus: "Your account is still temporarily limited because we haven't heard from you."
THIS IS UTTERLY **bleep** AND INFURIATING! I HAVE HUNDREDS OF PUNDS LOCKED AWAY BECAUSE PAYPAL THINK I BOUGHT 'EMBARGOED GOODS'. NO CONTACT WITH COMPLIANCE DEPT, MASSSIVE INCONVENIENCE. I AM BEING PUNISHED FOR PAYPAYL'S MISTAKEN AND IDIOTIC COMPLIANCE DEPARTMENT. I HAVE LAUCHED LEGAL AND OMBUDSMAN CLAIMS AT PAYPAL WITH STILL NOTHING! INSANE!
