I successfully linked my mastercard to my PayPal account, great! Now, I tried confirming it but whenever I click on "OK" to being the process, it says "This card is not accepted. Please use a different card.".....
There is money in the card, I'm sure. I don't know what to do, please help me.

Depending on your country of residency will depend on what cards you can use for confirmation. MasterCards are on a restricted use in some companies, this means that you can add your MasterCard to the PayPal Account but you will be unable to confirm or withdraw to the card.
