It is a scam as the greeting is "Good Morning". The reason I put the query on is that I was asked a couple of months ago to confirm my card. It required a 4 figure reference from my statements which I thought were Paypal statements. I now know it meant bank statements which I obtained this morning from my bank. I also checked whether this so-called purchase had been taken from my account but it hadn't. Peter.
