Bank Account verification - deposits sent?

I want to verify my bank account, it says deposits sent, problem is the deposits where sent back in April last year and I can't get a statement that far back (online), how can I send deposits again? There's no option available to re-send the deposits... do I have to go into the bank and ask for a statement? Thanks

I haven't received the 2 random amounts. I've been waiting for 6 days now.
Any ideas? Need to pay someone, so would like to get this sorted a.s.a.p.

Hi there, sorry to hear that. The random deposits take 2-3 working days. So if requested late on a Friday, you may have to wait until Monday for the process to begin in earnest, thereby extending the timeframe. Email says you made the transaction on the 18th Feb 2012. The date now is the 20th. Nothing has been placed my account. The accounts last transaction was the 15th through paypal so I reached my lower limit.
What makes this odd is last year or so I've had money repaid off an ebay seller who could not obtain the goods so returned the money. No problem.
It's as though no money was sent by you.

I haven't received the two random deposits either. I signed up over a week ago. I called customer service and all they had to say was you have to sign up to the Direct Debit mandate. I will not and can not do this as my bank account does not have this facility. Any body please help. Customer service is useless and told me that unless I signed up to Directo Debits I can not join PayPal. How crap is that? I just want to confirm the random desosits can it really be so hard?

I am sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. You'll find the two random deposits on your online bank statement within 2-3 working days of the initiation date, or on your paper statement.
• The deposits will post separately to your bank account
• Both deposits will be between 1p and 99p
If you received only one deposit amount, please contact us with that amount and we will be more than happy to assist you in confirming your bank account.
If you have contacted your bank and/or received your bank statement and the amounts are not showing, you may have incorrect bank information registered with PayPal. Please double check your bank account information. If the bank account information is incorrect, you can remove it and re-add the correct bank account information.
If it's been more than 3 business days and you haven't received your deposits, even though your bank information is correct you'll need to speak with someone at your bank. Please contact your bank to ask why you haven’t received your deposits and to check that they accept electronic transfers.
