What were the EXACT WORDS that Paypal used?

Are you the buyer or the seller of the goods?

What type of dispute has been filed ( INR or SNAD)?

See this is what going on....my claim was granted as the buyer and the item was countereit or fake so i told paypal i dont wnat to send them back to the seller so they than did the whole process of the claim over again and made me send in a letterhead from finishline and all that junk and is taking long..      IS IT POSSIBLE THAT IF THEY ARE COUNTERFEIT THAT I KEEP THE GOODS AND GET MY MONEY BC USPS DOSENT LET ME SHIP COUNTEFEIT MATERIALS!

Well, you don't tell USPS they're counterfeit.

You haven't provided enough information for me to sort out this 'lketterhead' business - if you want a refund, then ship the stuff back.

And do it soon - there's a time-limit on compliance.

Yeah but now i cant ship them back bc paypal redid that whole claim process and i maybe wont get my mon ey..b4 i got my money back but asked 4 it to be looked at again..now i thin i wont get it back..what do i do

Phone Pypal up tomorrow morning and talk with them about this.
