Hello - I have just sold my first item on Ebay and am having trouble with the shipping label. All I can get printed out so far is the "SAMPLE" label. When I click "print label", I still get the sample, not the real thing. I now have 2 emails stating that a label has been created - however, I still don't have one. How can I avoid being charged for the ones I can't use? Also, any tips on what I am doing wrong? Please help!!
