I sold brand new computer memory and shipped it by purchasing the shipping label from ebay. The shipping method was USPS 1st class package. The buyer said the product was damaged and sent it back. I also refund the buyer.
Can someone show me how to file the insurance claim? Does the standard insurance cover up to $100?
