I bought something from Zulily for $14.79 and paid $5.95 S&H so total $20.74. It didn't fit right and I didn't like the material so I wanted to return it. I was told this morning
Yes, we ask that our customers pay the return shipping on items that are not as expected. Our labels are $5.95 and come out of the credit refund. So the item was $14.79, after the label fee is taken out the credit refund amount is $8.84....
So they want to give me only half of what I paid back and make me pay S&H twice. My friend (actually 2 of them) said that the bank or cc that authorized the purchase can get your money back over issue's like this. Is that true? This seems so very wrong.
