Payment has been on hold after i shipped package?

About a week and a half ago, i shipped a gameboy that i sold on ebay. After about 5 or 6 days, i contacted the person that i sent the gameboy too via ebay mail and they said to me that they got it and would leave feedback. When i shipped the package, i didnt use a printable shiping label, i just went to the post office and wrote down the adress of my buyer. Now even after contacting my buyer, my funds are still being held and i dont know why or what i can do in order to get my money for the gameboy. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I have four items that paypal has this stupid hold on and it adds up to 900 and some dollars and I wont ship unless it's lifted because i'm new but not stupid. They just want to collect the interest from are money B.S. Why if it is not this way as I say then why did they pick the highest priced item's?.I have 9 positive feedback no negatives and no neutals so why? This is a bad way to handle issues paypal!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm new and I do understand what you might be trying to do but it's a bad way to make this happen. Try a different approch there's got to be a better way for all. This has kind of made me bitter but I'm willing to try and work this out. I have a hard time even finding away to contact paypal personally and thats lame. Just try and do a better job if that's possible. You have so many people out here that are reasonable so lets figure this out fairly. Not everyone should be punished just some.

PayPay keeps refunding people without my authorizing it NO REFUNDS...withouth them returning the goods or with returning goods empty boxes!! duh. Like im stupid?? even then they return it on a "no return " and NO POSTAGE or return label with a COD. LOL. give me a **bleep** break!!  And PAYPAL refunds their money!>?? omg i cant even believe they call themselves human or Americans.

did you call Ppal and speak with them - I am having close to the same prob. They just released part of my money yesterday but the one that was delivered 2 days before(CD) they are still holding because the person did not leave feedback yet..... I am going to give them a couple more days then I will start calling.

That is why paypal is holding it, so they can make money on the interest.. There is no other logical reason for them to do it. What they mention in thier holds policy are just excuses for the interest making hold. I have sent the attorney generals office a very infomative e mail on this bull**bleep** interest making hold they are pulling on us.

No, not really. The system is "supposed" to be automated, but we all know, that if you don't nag them, then it is only assumed that the system has been "overloaded" with holiday buyers (crap), and that is why the "automation" did not kick in... So they just made some more interest on your money!!

Call them and drive them nuts until you get your money!!!

We need all buyers and seller to switch to AlertPay.  They pay you right away with no problems.  Stop using paypal pleeeeeeeeeeease.

I've been selling on Ebay since 1998 with 100% feedback for paypal to hold funds is very very nasty.  So what they really want is to make money off out money.  Don't allow it, it is illegal for them to hold money indefinetly.

REPORT THEM TO YOUR STATE ATTORNEY'S OFFICE, CONSUMER AFFAIRS, BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, FEDERAL BANKING COMMISSION.  ANYTHING YOU HAVE IN YOUR STATE.

i have been waiting for paymeants to clear for over 3 weeks now and still nothing. Also the last payment that did clear I transferd to my bank account and my bank has yet to see it. It was also over 3 weeks ago. I am really frustraited and getting little to no help over the phone

I am sooo done with ebay and paypal. Now i have shipped an item for over $250 gold bullion and i dont take refunds. The buyer tells me its not what he thought. And he does not want it now after five days and now im out the money because paypl refunds his money back to him. This is crazy no protection for the seller u cant just buy things and then say nope dont want it. They could have switched it out for fake stuff wont know now till i get it back what a hassle. Im done with them all.

I totally agree with all of you this is crazy I am a single mother my husband past away a year ago and im trying to make a living and there expecting me to wait until there ready to release my funds to me i have had several buyers leave me positive feedback I have 100% feedback Im not selling in highrisk category and there still putting a hold on my funds I have even had some buyers leave me feedback before they recieved items because I explained this new crazy policy pay pal had and my funds are still being held Im not happy about this at all maybe we should just except money orders we might be better off we probably would get our money alot faster that way best of luck to all of you and happy holidays to all .
