So heres my story quick quick
i posted up a set of wheels for sale some guy messaged me said he was interested. He made the payment and i shipped out the wheels, the buyer receives the wheels and claims that there is one missing but from what i see on ups website and a Rep I spoke to say that they were successfully delivered.This is where things get messed up, buyer files a dispute fine its his right but what i do not understand is that i provide pictures of the wheels and documentation with the weight and customs declaration proving the shipment and ups provided me with further proof of a successful delivery, but PayPal is still honouring his refund as long as he shipped back the 3 wheels. I sent 4 and he received 4 so why am i entitled to refund him if i can prove he received 4 wheels
What do i do next
