The customer service process in Pay Pay is the typical sub-standard service one should expect from a company who obviously has problems. My experience of was nothing short of horrendous. At this juncture it is not worth my time to even explain the whole mess, other than to spread the word to avoid Pay Pay customer service at all cost. Do not engage in conversation, Do attempt to contact, do even consider Pay Pal customer service as an option if you encounter any problems. This is simply a a warning, and my advice would be to proceed at your own risk. mainly a colossal waste of your time. I post this only as a public service to other customers to look for other outlets for your business.

This is phenomenal! All that u say appears to be true. I called twice and emailed once and I cannot begin to tell you how horrendous was the outcome, with me feeling like crying or screaming, having wasted 20 minutes or more and not one shred of info gotten.
U know, all I asked was: when u take money from the bank acct., why is it not recorded on my statements from the bank? I got every answer but this one.

Who are you talking to people?
What about their post are you referring to people?
What is it you think you just said, "people"?
If I wrote like you do when I was 12 it was excusable because I was still irresponsible for my actions. The law suggests that anyone over the age of 13, or 18 years of age where I come from, take responsibility for their words and acts. Since it is obvious you do not know how to communicate and illude your meanings without proper references to anyone or another, you ain't exactly someone I would put my trust in, faith in, about the subject here.
Until you form direct connections to other peoples posts and link to them so we all can see your commonality your posts are nothing more then scare tactics. And you are the only one's who are scared.

Dear Quester,
I have no idea what upset you in your bombastic email. This was for me a first post. If I failed to do something right I am sorry. I thought maybe someone would have an intelligent answer to my question. Did not expect to get bombed by someone on the forum. Since when is that kind of tactic permitted on this forum and what positive thing can it accomplish! We don't need to be insulting to one another. Kindness is the way, Quester. Kindness. We are all in the same boat here and only Jesus walked on the waters to get to the boat. I think we should keep in mind his commands: such as "love one another for love is of God".

My apologies if I have offended anyone.
I have learned that it is important to direct others attention to the finer points of discussion.
A forum is for discussion.
Discuss what the problem is with someone who has identical problems, so we can present a fact based collection to each other so we can assist each other. Facts help do that.
It is important to know what you did which got the wrong answers, so you can figure out what to do to get tthe correct answers.
Don't spend any more money using PayPal while you are seeking solutions to your problems. If your Paypal accounting is not working, the way you think it should, or is actually not working and you have facts to prove it, stop using it get legal help.
Otherwise cancel your account if you see the facts are not what you expect, close it while your losses are minimal.
Calling customer service? Get the person's full name and ask to speak to their supervisor if they do not provide you with satisfactory answers.
Since some of you have already called customer service, the next time you speak with a Customer Service representative, ask to speak to their superior first and foremost without telling them what the problem is. Only speak with a representative who will give you their full name and/or business account number so you can use the reference to consult with legal counsel.

Pay Pal doesn't care about the buyer or seller any more. All they want is to use our money for there fictitious 21 days and could care less about what is right or wrong. Customer service is a joke when you can get a live person they are arrogant. If you want to speak to a supervisor good luck. They will transfer you to another line and no one will pick up. Have proof of this as they left me on hold 3-10-10 for 20 minutes with no response I finally hung up. They are a joke and as far as I am concerned as soon as I can get all pending transactions complete (probably another 30 days) I will cancel . PS you really can't quit using them as long as you have transactions in their system.
Did you ever try to email them. They give you only certain items to email. You can not just send them an open email.
I sold items to a particular buyer who has always provided excellent review on feedback. You would think that would show Pay Pal that there is no reason to hold any payments between that buyer and me for any reason. Wrong Pay Pal's full intention in this new policy is to hold everyone funds as long as they can. Same old deal use other peoples money as long as you can. I see responses from Pay Pal to others about if the customer (buyer) leaves positive feed back they may release your funds sooner than 21 days? There is no reason that Pay Pal has any reason not to release your funds immediately if buyer sends positive feedback.
Last time I wrote in this forum I receive a reply from Pay Pal advisor stating to look at their investment account. What a crock they want to pay you .005 far money you put in account and by they way the account is not protected in any way. How stupid do do they think we are. Ebay had better resolve this issue or they are going to lose customers over this Pay Pal issue.

I found out what the problem I was seeking an answer to was, all by myself.
Now! Well? I see from the writing on the wall. It is like I have been sent back to Kindergarten and everyone except me has a stern or scolding mental attitude which inflicted me with thoughts until my own writing seemed like good adult behavorial response's.
Too bad I thought I was acting like a good Kindergarten teacher. I will just have to learn not to get involved when my old grade school lesson's interact on my thinking when writing on the forum. In fact, from now on, I am going to write my response's down on in my notebook, leave it for a day, and reread it the next day before I decide to print it here, or anywhere else, where everyone is posting who seems to be sitting around with thorns up their behinds.
