I found out what the problem I was seeking an answer to was, all by myself.    Now!  Well?  I see from the writing on the wall.  It is like I have been sent back to Kindergarten and everyone except me has a stern or scolding mental attitude which inflicted me with thoughts until my own writing seemed like good adult behavorial response's.    Too bad I thought I was acting like a good Kindergarten teacher.  I will just have to learn not to get involved when my old grade school lesson's interact on my thinking when writing on the forum.  In fact, from now on, I am going to write my response's down on in my notebook, leave it for a day, and reread it the next day before I decide to print it here, or anywhere else, where everyone is posting who seems to be sitting around with thorns up their behinds. ... THis time I am so disgusted, I will probably never use Paypal again for a purchase.         What a sad story!  Tell me more!  I would like to avoid the business's you are getting pinched by! What problem? What product? What Seller? What safety? When did you do the transaction? Was the PayPal Customer Service representative evasive because they were tired of complaints which are fully answered in PayPal FAQ's that they look up a hundred times a day?   Sheese!  PamelaC has just posted, while I was adding my curiouser and curiouser reply, in almost the same way as you.         ... My apologies if I have offended anyone.   I have learned that it is important to direct others attention to the finer points of discussion.   A forum is for discussion.   Discuss what the problem is with someone who has identical problems, so we can present a fact based collection to each other so we can assist each other.  Facts help do that.   It is important to know what you did which got the wrong answers, so you can figure out what to do to get tthe correct answers.   Don't spend any more money using PayPal while you are seeking solutions to your problems.  If your Paypal accounting is not working, the way you think it should, or is actually not working and you have facts to prove it, stop using it get legal help.  Otherwise cancel your account if you see the facts are not what you expect, close it while your losses are minimal.   Calling customer service?  Get the person's full name and ask to speak to their supervisor if they do not provide you with satisfactory answers. Since some of you have already called customer service, the next time you speak with a Customer Service representative, ask to speak to their superior first and foremost without telling them what the problem is.  Only speak with a representative who will give  you their full name and/or business account number so you can use the reference to consult with legal counsel. ... Who are you talking to people? What about their post are you referring to people?   What is it you think you just said, "people"? If I wrote like you do when I was 12 it was excusable because I was still irresponsible for my actions.  The law suggests that anyone over the age of 13, or 18 years of age where I come from, take responsibility for their words and acts.  Since it is obvious you do not know how to communicate and illude your meanings without proper references to anyone or another, you ain't exactly someone I would put my trust in, faith in, about the subject here.   Until you form direct connections to other peoples posts and link to them so we all can see your commonality your posts are nothing more then scare tactics.  And you are the only one's who are scared. ... Thanks for the Update.  It is certain the Customer Service assist is failing you. As for the Plugin it was not functioning with Firefox while it did with Internet Explorer 7.  The plugin failed on me several months ago and was triggered somehow to enter my password without my confirmation when loading it up from the plugin.  I did not give the plugin software permission to save my password in set up when using it with Firefox 3.4.  I uninstalled it and cleaned out the files within Regedit.   I wont use the plugin, Period. Will examine the traits for cancellation to determine if they have a clause which will hinder that progress.  If so I will notify account sharing point at banking depot to stop future service with Paypal. You might want to do likewise.   @ehiggs wrote: I'm chiming in to reinforce the complaints about custormer service.  I can't get clear, unified answers to questions about the PayPal Plugin, which has been withdrawn from use without explanation.  One representative whom I talked to by phone did take the trouble to e-mail me and let me know that the reason the plugin no longer works with my browser is that is is no longer available.  When I made an e-mail inquiry as to why the plugin has been withdrawn, all I got was an obviously packaged answer about how to install it!  Obviously PayPal has acted arbitrarily and precipitously on this matter and refuses even to address the question of why they did it.   you have.   ... Thanks for the heads up.  I was just wondering how I managed to post a product twice, even though I did get the purchase done once, without accidently making the same purchase twice.  Also I was wondering how to remove the second note of the same product so I don't find I accidently purchase it again, just to be safe rather then sorry. -------After reading all the posts on the subject here, "A Little Advice I Thought About just to clear my own head"----------- Incredible!  It is happening all over the world.  Live chats with human beings gets me a variety of response's which sometimes are pleasant resolutions and other times just...Whoah!  Did I sign up here without really realizing what this place is here for and about?!   I gather that many who I have talked to are looking up the answers, as I am on the phone with them, on the Internet.  I find it better to look up the information myself and save myself a lot of time.   Incredible as it seems the Internet customer service isn't being run and operated by a bunch of people who are all that LEGAL TECH SAVVY.   The fact of the matter is, "for minimum wage you have to hire people who are, at best, minimum wage mentality".  To anyone who is going to start a business I recommend you realize that before you start your business.   Sorry old friends, I was at one time a minimum wage earner, and am now, only, smarter because I took to the Internet for a better education.   I saw a familiar sight on the freeway yesterday as I was driving back to the house.  I saw a reflection of my past, "a hitch hiker" and since I did not slow down to give the person a ride he gave me, and all the other passers by, the finger sign of disrespect for not helping a poor jobless person reach their next destination.  I wasn't going past the next exit so I did not take it personally.   I can relate to the poor service people are getting in Customer Service.  I also can relate to the lack of my old comprehensive reality reasoning with the full meaning of the legal eeze on this sites sign up rules and regulations.   Thanks to this post it is clear to me that the lawyer who wrote those rules and regulations, we had to agree to before we were given permission to use PayPal, isn't answering your calls.  I have not called customer service as of yet.   In truth our neighbors high school graduate, son or daughter, who got their deploma under the valedictorian wire, so they could get a job answering phones and reading us the fact of the matters about our account business, is the one answering our everyday calls.   I hope I don't make any big decisions on the Internet without first being aware of that latter fact.  Or make any big plans within the cooperate ranks of buiness without having a business corporate lawyer on my payroll.  Thanks to this post I probably wont get any more serious with Pay Pal then I would if I bought a new shirt at a store.     ...
