I have tried to obtain a paypal debit card and it will not let me apply for one online and everytime I call I get put on hold and hung up on. Today they actually transfered me to another company. No one has the brains to have a card sent to the address on file or cares enough to find a way to fix this. I am **bleep** off because NO ONE at paypal give a **bleep** or will help me obtain a debit card for my account
This is just a shot in the dark here but Do you have any kind of fraud alerts on your credit? I applied for a paypal card a while back & I couldn't do it online either cuz I'm singed up with LifeLock. I had to verify some stuff on the phone with em.
